Aya brings high quality Japanese-style sushi to Dublin within an informal and friendly setting.

The most entertaining part of the dining experience is the automated conveyor belt sushi bar. This isn't sushi at its most adventurous, but in that, the Hoashi family have been most wise in catering a version of Japanese cuisine to the Irish palette. The capacity is about 60 and the staff are efficient and sunny with their distinctive Aya logo t-shirts.

There's a small selection of frozen food and ingredients in their small food hall, where the sandwich bar does brisk lunchtime business due to the high quality of their sandwich dressings & fillings, rather than necessarily the sushi. The takeaway soups are very good as well.
